chicken and 40 cloves

This is the perfect recipe for garlic lovers everywhere. Start with a whole cut up chicken or 8 chicken pieces of any kind. Season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
After seasoning the chicken heat some olive oil in a sauce pan for a couple minutes and add the chicken and brown each side for about 3 minutes.
After browning the chicken, place the chicken back into the saucepan and add 40 peeled cloves of garlic.
Heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Once pre-heated cover the pan with a lid and place in the oven for an hour and a half.
